Oranges – contain plenty of vitamin C, vitamin D, folate, potassium and thiamine (vitamin B1). It also keeps you hydrated and is great for supporting the immune system.
Mint – a good source of iron, folate and beta carotene- adding to the balance and taste of this lovely shot.

It’s not to be confused with coconut milk, which is made from the water and the flesh from the inside of a mature coconut. It is fantastic for hydration as it contains natural electrolytes and is a great source of potassium – a brilliant post-workout drink.
