Try this amazing breakfast smoothie on the go

Why not start the day off with this amazing ‘On the go smoothie’ and give yourself a nutritious boost. 

This will not only keep any cravings at bay throughout the morning, but will also help to ensure that you nourish your body with the vital vitamins, minerals and nutrients it needs. This smoothie will help to balance sugar levels – this is important when it comes to hormones and fertility and especially so for those with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Enjoy.

Ingredients: (Makes one large glass or two smaller ones)
1 avocado
1 handful of frozen raspberries, blueberrries and blackberries
1 heaped tablespoon of chia seeds
100ml of almond or coconut milk

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Pour into glass and enjoy
